(2006-2007 HIGHLIGHTS)
Rose completed his collegiate hockey career as the Washington & Jefferson
College's ACHA Division I All-Time Scoring leader with 128 points (55 goals,
73 assists). He ranks 9th on W&J's All-Time Goal Scoring List and 6th on
W&J's All-Time Career Assists List. Rose completed his career as a
member of the Presidents' Century Club. Named 2006-2007 Washington & Jefferson College Ice Hockey's Most Valuable
Player (MVP). Named to the 2006-2007 College Hockey Mid-America's 2nd
Team All-Conference. Bob was also named an ACHA Division I Academic
All-American for the 2006-2007 season. Bob put up monster numbers during
his senior season as he played in a career high 40 games, scored 19 goals,
and assisted on 42 others for a 61 point season in helping lead the
Presidents to the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Division I
National Tournament at the Ice Zone in Boardman, OH. Scored in the shootout
vs. Robert Morris University at the 2007 Pittsburgh College Hockey Showcase
at Mellon Arena (1.5.07) in a 7-6 W&J win.
(2005-2006 HIGHLIGHTS) Despite
playing in just 16 games due to injury, Rose tied for the team lead in goals
(14) and totaled 24 points.
(2004-2005 HIGHLIGHTS)
Despite playing in just 16 games due to injury, Rose scored 6 goals and
assisted on 8 others for 14 points.
(2003-2004 HIGHLIGHTS) In 33 games
played, Rose led Washington & Jefferson in scoring as a freshman with 16
goals and 13 assists for 29 total points. Scored first collegiate goal vs.
Drexel (10.4.03).
BEFORE WASHINGTON & JEFFERSON COLLEGE Rose played high school
hockey for Shady
Side Academy (Midwest Prep Hockey League). Faced-off twice against Gilmour
Academy and was victorious both times in advancing to the league finals.
